Selling one’s business is not the end, but a new and exciting beginning. In July 2007 Dr. Rhonda Savage of Fox Island, WA, one of LLM&A's clients since 1993, became the new CEO/Owner of LLM&A. Linda’s new five-year goal is assisting Rhonda, her dental consultants, and corporate team in taking LLM&A to a new level of practice and team development.
In working together since July 2007, Rhonda and Linda have combined their talent and love of dentistry to maximize the unique LLM&A factors. They consider themselves practice management consultants, advisors, authors, speakers, teachers, and coaches. However,…their true uniqueness is that of PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT. In the past year, they have developed performance monitors to measure results of all positions on a dental team, as well as each system within a practice. More importantly, they have created a system to develop leadership at all levels by showing practices how to carve time from a busy month for personal progress reports and effective, ongoing, one-hour, in-office training sessions.
