  3. PRACTICE SUCCESS SERIES (PSS) - When you see the PS at the end of an important memo or letter, you know that it is the most important part of the message…The same is true with LLM&A’s newest service to private practices (PSS) that will recession-proof your practice in slower economic times. Some practices need in-office consulting but can’t afford the one-year consulting fee. Other practices fear too much change at once. While still others say that long-term commitments take up too much of the doctor and team’s valuable time. Click here for more information!

  4. Two Day Dental Business Conferences– The most requested two-day program in dentistry, since 1985. This annually updated, interactive and informative course is for the entire dental team that wishes to stay on the cutting edge of excellence in communication, organization, teamwork, and practice growth. Management is a total team effort in dentistry these days. With terminals in the treatment areas everyone needs to know how to properly schedule. Staff and dentists need to know how to talk financially and realize that their attitude about fees determine treatment acceptance rates. They also need to know that the doctor and staff’s enthusiasm for dentistry is the practice’s best marketing strategy. Only four courses each year with limited attendance for better group interaction. Tuition: $895 for one, $795 each (two), and $695 each for three or more.

  5. Practice Administrator Workshop – No longer can dentists keep up with total patient care, the business of dentistry, marketing, continuing education, the facility, new techniques, materials, technology and personnel. Simply put...dentists need help. Knowing how to hire this person has become a real time-consuming task. Many Practice Administrators have a title but little knowledge of how to do the job correctly. They receive little respect from the team
they are trying to direct and empower, and receive little praise from the dentist owner, since things are not going as smoothly as the dentist hoped.

  6. PRACTICE ANALYSIS CONSULTING (PAC) – Many dentists would like to know the total health of their practices. More importantly, they would like to know their three biggest weaknesses and how to fix them step-by-step. This is the “DO-IT-YOURSELF” OVER THE TELEPHONE CONSULTATION. Doctors fill out a two-page analysis, send it along with staff and doctor confidential questionnaires, two pages of their appointment schedules and discover in a one hour conversation how ill the practice may be in various areas…. and more importantly how to start the process of having a much healthier practice within ninety days to six months.
(Only $995 for the review of materials, one-hour Tele-Consulting and additional forms that will aid implementation).

  7. DVD’s FILMED AT THE TWO DAY DENTAL BUSINESS CONFERENCE- There’s nothing like being at a DBC, but for those who can’t attend or those who wish to have the DBC as an on-going training program for new staff or to re-ignite the fire of long-term staff, the DVDs are the next best thing to attending a Dental Business Conference to interact with others as well as the presenter. $795, which includes the DBC workbook for in-office use, and one of the DISC behavioral profiles. These are good for weekly Lunch & Learn sessions for twelve weeks.

  8. OTHER LLM&A CDs of LIVE SEMINARS – All Day Seminars: Women Working with Women (From Sabotage to Support), Life Cycles of a Successful Practice and Four Cornerstones of Success. (See Products section of www.DentalManagementU.com for full details of these and other practice management products)

There is a 25-question post book test with 5 CEUs available through the ADAA. Only $35 per copy and $25 for five books or more on the same order. $15 per book for Study Clubs in bulk numbers of 40 or more. Great gifts for referring dentists or booth give-aways.
