Linda, I combine your DVDs, as I have all your books and DVDS for my staff, I started having staff lunch and learn as you suggest . The staff has been very responsive. We went to an educational seminar out of town and collected the funds as you suggested, an extra day of work that paid for all expenses, food accommodation, shopping money.
Your Practice Administrator Workshop in February in Sarasota was a real inspiration to me and my office and a spark that started rejuvenating my practice, that I had for 14 years. I’m back in the game, looking forward to breaking my old records, having fun and leaving the office a little earlier.
You recommendation about Bob Levoy’s book is a gem .
