Maximizing Your Success


The PEP program is the most complete and sure way to maximize the success of your practice.

The Process:


  • Step 1: Initial Assesment
    Practice Analysis Consultation (PAC)


    This service is fully defined in the section below


  • Step 2: Implementation - Practice Enhancement Program
    This includes:
    • 2-4 days on-site with CEO of Miles & Associates, Dr. Rhonda Savage
    • Observations of staff with patients, staff & doctor interviews, assessment of the facility, and the beginning of the in-depth "Review of Findings" will be conducted that first day.
    • Day 2, 3, or 4 (dependent on size of practice) will be spent training the entire team.
    • Implementing systems within the practice, defining designated duties, and creating a strategy of ways to improve the practice
    • Implement techniques for a more lucrative collections department, and help increase overall case acceptance
    • Make improvements to your hygiene department
    • Improvements to your marketing strategies, the new patient experience, communication and teamwork
    • By the end of the consultation, you and your staff will feel motivated, energized, and ready to start putting recommendations in action!

  • Step 3: Follow Up - One Full Year of Support - Our consulting services offers a full year of support. You don't have to do this by yourself! Dr. Savage is here to help implement changes, provide accountability, and help transfer essential leadership skills.

Practice Analysis Consultation (PAC)

More importantly, they would like to know their three biggest weaknesses and how to fix them step-by-step. This is the "DO-IT-YOURSELF" OVER THE TELEPHONE CONSULTATION.

Doctors fill out a two-page analysis, send it along with staff and doctor confidential questionnaires, two pages of their appointment schedules and discover in a one hour conversation how ill the practice may be in various areas... and more importantly how to start the process of having a much healthier practice within ninety days to six months.
